Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
0 to 5 years of engineering experience
Demonstrated knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies including experience with 8D and Root Cause Analysis
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven problem-solving skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues
Sit for up to 8 hours per day.
Continuous movement, walking, or standing.
Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and travel to other facilities when needed.
Ability to travel by car/airplane to factory sites occasionally (5%)
