Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical field

Strong ability in written and verbal technical communication skills. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business and remote collaboration.

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance after offering acceptance

Experience in manufacturing or related disciplines

Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvements

Experience with composite part and assembly manufacturing process.

Experience with composite part and assembly tooling.

Experience with shop floor setup and optimization.

Experience with various PLM systems including SAP, iBase-t (Solumina), Teamcenter, and/or SFM

Experience with CATIA or other related CAD software.

Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery

Working knowledge of one or more organizations including: Operations, Planning, Production Control, ERP, MRP, Quality or systems integration.

Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.

Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success.

Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.

Previous experience incorporating model-based engineering into manufacturing plans.

Pay: $70,000-400,000/yr Total Compensation ($24,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)

The expected base pay range for this position is:

California $33.45 - $40.47

Illinois $30.41 - $37.06

New York $33.45 - $40.47

Washington $31.93 - $38.76

Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week

Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws as evidenced by 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season for compensation, using commercial tax preparation software.

Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year required, in a tax practice or retail setting, for compensation

General knowledge/understanding of bookkeeping

Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is highly desired and/or willingness to upskill and become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Experience preparing Business Tax returns and providing year-round tax prep guidance for small businesses in particular is highly desired.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Familiarity with Circular 230

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
