1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars).

Proficiency in using technology daily in your work

Occupational Therapist

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association

DL-HC - Driver's License only if in a Home Care department - Department of Motor Vehicles

LIC - Licensed in Field - State of Ohio

OT - Occupational Therapist - American Occupational Therapy Assoc.

Knowledge of home health Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement

Experience in an acute, rehabilitation or home health setting

Basic personal computer skills

Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy

BLS certification

Valid state driver's license

Minimum of eighteen (18) years old

Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Provide proof of insurance, if applicable.
