CNC Machinist Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a minimum of 2 years experience Programming using Computer CNC Programing Software and 5 Years of CNC Machining.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate Geometry including angles, bolt circles and circle arcs as well as Speeds and Feeds.
The ability to work in Metrics and when necessary transfer to Decimal equivalents.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
