Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly prints to support accurate prototype fabrication.
Experience using hand tools and precision measurement tools for work on high-precision products.
Proficiency with wiring, soldering, and basic electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
Familiarity with testing procedures involving thermal, power, air flow, liquid flow, and structural performance.
Experience working with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and related laboratory instruments.
Associates degree (AS) in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related field.
Ability to accurately use an analog micrometer for dimensional measurements.
Ability to accurately use an analog vernier caliper for precise measurement of components.
Ability to use an inclinometer to measure angles and inclination.
Ability to use a protractor to measure and verify angles.
Ability to use a tape measure for length and dimensional verification.
Ability to use a plunge indicator for precision measurement and alignment.
Capability to read and use rulers or scales (such as 6" or 12" scales), dial calipers (digital or analog), 01" micrometers (digital or analog), indicators (digital or analog), protractors, and inclinometers.
Experience in an engineering laboratory or test technician role involving electro-mechanical prototypes.
Exposure to electromechanical systems, thermal management, or two-phase cooling technologies.
Familiarity with encapsulated graphite heat spreaders or other advanced thermal solutions.
Comfort working with both analog and digital measurement instruments and test equipment.
