_Administrative Support:_ our Staffing Consultants are the primary contact and coordinators for all nurses and day-to-day operations
_Clinical Supervision:_ all providers work under the supervision of a RoHealth Clinical Supervisor who leads trainings, orientations, and provides in person or telephonic field support
_Providers Skills Training:_ all providers are required to attend a standardized RoHealth Provider Skill Training, led by the Clinical Supervisor, prior to starting any case. The training is approximately 5-hours in duration and covers content such as diabetic management, seizure precaution, g-tubes, urinary catheters, tracheostomy care, med administration, and more!
_Orientations:_ on the first day of starting a new assignment, the Clinical Supervisor will accompany nurses on their assignment to help orient and familiarize them with the specifics of their assignment. Additional orientations can be provided on a need be basis.
_24/7/365 Phone Support:_ You can give our office line a call ANY day at ANY time! If the primary staff are unavailable to take your call, you will still be connected with a RoHealth representative who can take your message and ensure it reaches the right person!
