Full Time 40+ hours per week.

Schedule flexibility required between 6am to 6pm and overtime.

After hours and weekend work maybe required.

3 years of supervisory experience in past 7 years in leading cleaning staff in commercial, hospital or preferably in a high-profile federal office environment.

5 years of experience cleaning commercial, hospital, or government facilities in the past 7 years.

Must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.

Basic computer skills and ability to track and complete paperwork/documents.

Understands the upkeep, care and safe operation of motorized equipment used for cleaning i.e. auto scrubber, buffer, snow blower, trash compactor, genie lift, pressure washer, box compactor, sweeper, etc.

Must pass a background check and U. S. Department of Justice (DOJ) security clearance to obtain and hold badging to access federal secured properties.

Pass pre-employment and on-going drug screen.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
