Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Five or more years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, warehouse engineering, logistics engineering, or a closely related operational environment.
Demonstrated experience with work measurement, time studies, standard-time development, labor planning, process balancing, or capacity analysis.
Demonstrated experience designing or improving workstations, layouts, material flow, or standardized work.
Experience developing and maintaining job instructions, standardized operating methods, or equivalent process documentation.
Demonstrated ability to lead process-improvement efforts from data collection and problem definition through implementation and sustainment.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex assignments, make sound engineering judgments, and communicate recommendations to multiple levels of leadership.
Strong analytical, written, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work regularly in an active processing-center environment and collaborate directly with Operations personnel.
