High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 2-3 years of related work experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk on level and slippery surfaces, reach, twist, turn, kneel, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in performance of daily duties
Ability to lift, carry, and push tools, equipment, and supplies weighing 49 pounds or more
Ability to work in all weather conditions including wet, hot, and cold environments, and tolerance for exposure to fumes, airborne particles, mechanical and electrical hazards
Availability to work overtime, weekends, and pre/post scheduled hours as needed
