Associate or bachelor's degree in business, transportation, safety, human resources, training, or a related field preferred.
Three or more years of experience in transportation, driver recruiting, driver qualification, safety, training, human resources, or operations preferred.
At least one year of leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or process-coordination experience preferred.
Experience with industry-specific transportation and compliance platforms is preferred.
