Graduation from high school or possession of a GED Certificate; and National Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) for Pre-school or Infant/Toddler Endorsement; if preschool CDA, must have equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development. **OR** Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) birth to five years old **OR** Certified Childcare Professional (CCP) **OR** an associate or bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education as well as training or coursework with a focus on infant and toddler development **OR** an associate or bachelor's degree in related field as well as training or coursework with a focus on infant and toddler development.

Two years' experience working with Head Start, Early Head Start, pre-school, or kindergarten aged children.

Successful completion of a Level II background screening, local criminal record check, health, TB and drug screening prior to hiring.

Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs. and provide physical assistance in the transportation of special needs children by lifting child into seat and fastening safety belt.

Ability to assume a seated position on the floor for extended periods of time.

Ability to use a computer and related software.

Ability to provide physical assistance in the transportation of special needs children.

Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish or English and other languages present in the local area.

Proof of successful completion of the 45 hours of the Florida Child Care Facility Training**

Certificate of Completion of an approved 10 hour Developmentally Appropriate Practices for Infant/Toddlers Course within 12 months of hire date

Safe Sleep/Shaken Baby Syndrome training within 30 days of hire date

Certification in First Aid and CPR within 90 days from the date of hire

Timeline of completion of the 45 hours is dependent on the candidate's date of entering childcare industry; must enroll within 90 days to take coursework and complete within 12 months to not exceed 15 months.

The salary range for this position is: $54,380 - $103,870.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

Relocation assistance is **not** available for this position.

May need to travel up to 25% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.

Licensed positions require a background check, that includes criminal history, education, employment verification, and a credit check consistent with applicable laws.

Availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs

Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

Experience desk adjusting residential property claims to include water, roof, and personal property

File ownership handling claims from start to finish (scoping the loss, assessing damages, estimating, interpreting policy, making coverage decisions, settlement)

Proficient in estimate writing using Xactimate and virtual tools (such as Claim X, Hover, and Hosta)

Currently hold an active P&C; Adjuster license

Experience working directly for a standard insurance carrier

Experience in a all center environment

US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
