Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

Servicing at least 10 hours in Week 1

Servicing at least 10 hours in Week 2

Servicing at least 30 hours per week in Weeks 3 and 4

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment

Your primary schedule is a Monday-Friday hourly schedule, plus the ability to flex hours to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
