Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer, Job Captain, Project Manager, or Project Architect.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working on government, public works, or large-scale tenant improvement (TI) projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit (rated 8/10) for architectural design and documentation.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (rated 8/10) for architectural design and documentation.
Demonstrated experience taking at least one project from schematic design through to construction documents.
Extensive experience assembling construction documents and permit sets.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
Ability to communicate effectively in a remote or hybrid collaboration environment.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to K–12, public works, or large-scale TI projects.
Proficiency in architectural design, including coordination of design intent with technical documentation.
