Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project managment, business, or a related discipline. (An equievelent of education and directly related professional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.)
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction, engineering, capital development, project management, or technology installation.
Direct experience managing construction or technology installations within active commercial airport or government facilities.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar capital projects across multiple sites from initial planning through commissioning and closeout.
Experience developing and managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, bid packages, and multidisciplinary contractor teams.
The physical demands for this position are moderate to heavy lifting, pushing, reaching, seeing (reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting less than 50%, standing, stooping, talking, turning, walking, and climbing
Other physical demands include lifting, moving, pulling, and pushing loads of up to 10 pounds
Ability to work outside standard business hours when required by airport operating restrictions or construction schedules.
The typical time spent traveling is more than 50%, requiring frequent air travel to airports and project sites nationwide
