Assignments are at least three weeks, with the option to extend and continue traveling as long as it works for you

For every 3 travel weeks worked, drivers are provided an option for a home week or another travel week

Valid Class A CDL

Domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence

Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years

3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents

Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

English language proficiency

Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation and drug screening

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required

Owner Operators earn $275,000-$300,000 annually

Payout Structure:

$1,000 paid out week after orientation (orientation pay)

$1,000 paid out after the first billed load
