B.S. in Pharmacy required
PharmD preferred
Active and in good standing Colorado or Nevada pharmacist license
Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses (AL, LA, MS, MI, SC, NY)
1+ years of inpatient hospital experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Knowledge of formulary management and P&T; procedures
Familiarity with client/server applications
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, internet, and email
Internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home occasionally or permanently
