The total compensation range for this position is $61,700 - $92,500, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.

On target earnings (inclusive of estimated overtime): $150,000 -$190,000 annually

10+ years of hands‑on experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance on power distribution and control equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and related electrical, control, and automation equipment.

Proven experience starting up and commissioning low‑ and medium‑voltage generator paralleling switchgear.

Strong knowledge of applicable health, safety, and electrical codes and standards, including CSA, NFPA, and UL requirements.

Proficient with general PC tools, including email, internet, data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneNote, as well as the ability to use smartphones and mobile applications for daily work tasks.

Ability to read and interpret detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings with accuracy and confidence.

Willingness to travel up to 75% as required by customer and business needs.

NETA or NICET certification (ETT Level II or higher) in electrical equipment testing strongly preferred.

OSHA 30‑Hour, MSHA, and NFPA 70E training preferred.

Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical equipment, including switchgear, automatic transfer switches, circuit breakers, and generators.

Advanced understanding of industrial control systems, including metering, protective relaying, relay ladder logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Human‑Machine Interfaces (HMIs).

$30 - $35/hr based on experience and certifications
