Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience

2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience

This role covers 24/7 operations and must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts

Experience in physical security systems maintenance/implementation and coordinating scope of work with security vendors

2+ years of operational experience in risk management, audit, data analytics, inventory control, quality assurance, retail, warehouse, distribution center services, delivery service, or supply chain

Investigative interviewing experience; Wicklander and Zulawski, Loss Prevention Qualified, Certified Protection Professional, Loss Prevention Certified, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Threat Assessment Certification or other relevant certifications

Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and business continuity planning experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office; including use of Excel pivot tables and development of charts/graphics
