Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.

Two (2) to Five (5) years Risk Management experience

Computer proficiency to include at a minimum Microsoft Word, EXCEL, and Outlook, and hospital software programs, as applicable.

Must have knowledge of PC and applications.

Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function

Thorough knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.

Application of techniques such as RCA, FMEA and other quality tools.

Must possess a detailed, in-depth knowledge of the principles of regulations, and standards to meet hospital, licensing, and accreditation.

Knowledgeable regarding Joint Commission Standards and CMS/DHS Regulations.

Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.

Acute care experience preferred.

Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in related field preferred.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.

$100,000.00 Sign on Bonus for external candidates

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment.
