High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational technical
training.
1-2 years of hands-on dimensional inspection experience in a precision
manufacturing, machine shop, or metal fabrication environment
Demonstrated proficiency with hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers,
height gages, thread gages, optical comparators).
Fundamental ability to read engineering drawings and basic GD&T; symbols.
Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems for logging quality statuses.
Visual acuity: Strong close-vision capability (correctable to 20/20) and color
vision.
Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and lift parts/totes weighing up
to 30 lbs.
