Familiarity with International regulations (EMA, MHRA).

Proficient knowledge and application of FDA and EU regulations (cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity).

Compensation: $68,200 - $106,525

Experience performing quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and systems.

Experience developing and implementing QA test plans and procedures.

Experience conducting audits, assessments, and compliance reviews in accordance with Quality Management Plan (QMP), approved SOPs, and government guidelines.

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Ten (10) years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Quality Control Manager role on federal projects.

Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (within the last 5 years).

Completion of the USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors Course (valid within 5 years).

Demonstrated experience with Three Phases of Control and RMS/QCS systems.

Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1 Safety and health Requirements Manual.

Ability to obtain and maintain the required intelligence community level clearance.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Knowledge of generally accepted standards of workmanship in construction and maintenance of facilities.

Knowledge of federal construction quality standards, including USACE, NAVFAC, Dod, and applicable UFC/UFGS specification.

Knowledge of Government contracting terminology and applications.

Knowledge of environmental issues relating to contractual obligations.

Knowledge of Three Phases of Control, submittal processes, and construction testing requirements.

Skill in the use of MS office Suite at an intermediate level.

Skill in the use of RMS/QCS systems and construction management software platforms.

Ability to effectively communicate, read, and writes in English.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), or OSHA 500/510.

Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, pipefitting, painting, and general construction activities.

Prior management experience.

Intelligence Community Security Clearance.

Expereince with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.

This position requires extensive experience with NMCI business processes, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modeling, dashboarding).

Valid certification of an IAT-2 technical level with one of the following, Security+, or Global Information Assurance Certification's (GIAC) Security Essentials (GSEC), or (ISC)2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

2+ years' with NMCI Business Processes and Rules

Must be a U.S. citizen

A secret security clearance.

Proficient in Microsoft Project, preferably Project Net v6 or higher.

Familiarity with NMCI-ACTR systems and processes is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of IT lifecycle management, CMMI, ISO 9001, or Six Sigma principles (certification a plus).

Experience with automated QA testing tools and defect tracking systems is a plus.

Expert in MS Excel and MS Project NET v6 or higher experience preferred

NMCI-ACTR experience preferred

Preferred: B.S in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science
