High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance, planning & scheduling, or related manufacturing support roles, including production leadership or skilled operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed to support mill operations or project demands.
