Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with experience in industrial manufacturing.

Setup CNC machine including: selecting jaws, setting work, changing tools, touching-off tools, inspecting and changing inserts, loading correct program, and adjusting tool offsets
Maintain working knowledge of G & M codes
Verify proper machine operation including speeds & feeds, tool wear, and surface finish
Review manufacturing drawings and verify product specification using measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, and CMM
Verify measuring equipment calibration daily
Properly complete required paperwork
Participate in daily preventative maintenance and cleaning schedule
