Bachelor's degree and 8 years of energy industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
8 years of experience in a customer facing role, such as sales, sales support, customer service, or account management experience, with an emphasis on outbound customer interactions
High proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
