Administrative support
Providing Administrative support to Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals
Customer service duties
Caseload management tasks
Processing of authorizations, payments, applications, status changes and other database functions for multiple caseloads
Prepares and review caseload reports
Handling confidential consumer information daily
Answering internal and external phone calls
Greeting consumers at the front lobby area
Schedule appointments and/or meetings as needed
Gathering referral information
Assigning consumers to counselors
Drafting and mailing appointment letters
Record requests and all other correspondence as assigned
Complete scanning process for closed cases
Operate office equipment, i.e.: computers, fax and scanning equipment
Receive, open, distribute or prepare incoming and/or outgoing mail and parcels
Maintains filing systems and other clerical duties as assigned
