Hands-on experience with pneumatic conveying, material handling, or dust collection systems, or similar industrial process equipment.
Experience in mechanical engineering or a closely related technical discipline with experience in industrial equipment and systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD for creating and modifying engineering drawings and layouts.
Experience with project planning and execution in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret customer specifications, contracts, and technical documentation accurately.
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals applicable to industrial systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to document control practices.
Ability to lead technical aspects of projects, make sound decisions, and maintain project organization.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional project environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software in addition to AutoCAD.
Experience working with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and commissioning activities.
Demonstrated project coordination and organizational skills in a technical or engineering setting.
Strong communication skills for participating in customer design reviews and approval meetings.
