Associate Degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline OR minimum two (2) years of experience in panel assembly, industrial electrical assembly, controls manufacturing, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
Experience assembling and wiring industrial control panels or electrical equipment, including point-to-point wiring and terminal strip connections.
Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, wire preparation tools, crimpers, and measuring devices
The ability to perform wire checks and verify completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
