Eight (8) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: RF product and subassembly design, integration, and production support
Eight (8) years of experience in Analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support
Eight (8) years of experience in Deconvolving high level requirements into actionable design electronics and subsystem architectures
Experience in RF sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development, requirement validation, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Design, RF Test Integration (including RF Test Solutions), and/or RF Supplier Management on an effector-based product
Business Acumen, Communication Skills, Earned Value Management, Risks and Opportunity Management
Ability to obtain Special Access Program Access
This onsite role requires engagement with a multidisciplinary engineering team and plays a critical role in program leadership
The CE has is responsible for ensuring that all team leaders meet their schedule and technical needs
Estimate at Complete (EAC) responsibilities, so Earned Value (EV) certification is required, and the candidate is expected to already have or be able to obtain at least a Level 5 EV certification
Assignment may require some travel (~25%)
