Five years of progressively more responsible experience in project design, development, construction, maintenance, testing, and implementation of rail systems and rail signal fields
Preferred two years of demonstrated competence in managing engineering projects, particularly railroad or rail transit projects

Word processing and data calculation knowledge is required
Knowledge of databases is preferred
