21 or older
At least one year of management experience
High school diploma or GED required
Rental car or similar fast-paced ops leadership - and real responsibility for labor cost and gross profit, not headcount alone.
You work inside the customer's system (COMPASS, DAYTONA, Service Notes) and you're credible with a customer GM or District Manager.
Valid driver's license
Clean driving history
A background check in accordance with local law.
