Salary: $100,000–$125,000+ annually.

5+ years of management experience in a high-volume automotive repair shop.

Strong understanding of automotive shop KPIs, gross profit, and performance accountability.

Proven experience leading service advisors and automotive technicians.

Experience managing dispatching, scheduling, workflow, and day-to-day shop operations.

Ability to work the stated 5-day schedule with Monday–Saturday availability and a 6th day as needed.

Some positions may require a valid driver's license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client's lawful requirements, and applicable law.

European vehicle experience is a plus but not required.
