Must be able to understand and satisfactorily complete WO's, PM's, and other tasks in a timely manner while following all Safety Requirements and Lock-Out Procedures.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime hours.
Must be physically capable of bending, reaching, lifting, and able to work in extreme environments, (hot, cold, rain, snow)
Must have a good understanding of all mill equipment and how it affects yield, recovery, and mix.
Must be able to use electronic test equipment (meters, diddle box, etc.).
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair DC drives, AC inverters, PLC controls, and hardware.
Must be able to read complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
Must meet minimum testing standards for Maintenance.
Must successfully complete company-required training courses.
Must have a good working knowledge of PC's and PLC's.
