Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Field
10+ years of progressive financial experience required, including end-to-end P&L; management, balance sheet oversight, and ability to interpret complex financial data.
5+ years of supervisory or management experience, including direct reports.
Ability to work closely and effectively with a cross-functional and geographically disbursed team representing all levels of the organization.
Ability to see ?beyond the spreadsheet?, utilizing insights and knowledge to drive meaningful financial impact.
