High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of five years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems at the component level.
Two to three years of electro automation system installation and troubleshooting experience.
Strong knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, three phase power systems, industrial controls, communication devices, and power transmission systems.
Experience troubleshooting PLC controlled manufacturing equipment.
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot AC and DC drives.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to install and troubleshoot three phase motor control circuits.
Working knowledge of sensors, encoders, limit switches, bearings, pumps, and related industrial equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Basic welding skills.
Computer proficiency and ability to utilize maintenance and production systems.
Ability to work flexible schedules, nontraditional hours, and overtime as required.
Ability to pass a pre employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
