Awareness of operational safety requirements and ability to apply and follow procedures and requirements per regulatory bodies.

Ability to detect technical malfunctions in the machines.

Sound understanding of using all repair tools, equipment, and testing machinery.

Good visual acuity

Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Basic computer skills and diagnostic software

Average $70,000 - $85,000 per year*

Average $1,500 - $1,800 per week*

Base percentage pay: 25% - 30%*

Earn $250 per day, minimum guaranteed

3% bonus on every load after $4,000 revenue for the week

$2,000 driver referral bonus

$1,000 yearly anniversary bonus ($2,500 after 10 years of employment)

$100 clean inspection bonus

Preventative maintenance pay: $25/hour plus a $25 on-time bonus for each appointment
