The role requires relevant technical training with 4 to 6 years of experience
Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic design or related field
Experience in design, drafting, or product documentation support required
Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, ProEngineer, or similar CAD tools required
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required
Working knowledge of design and drafting standards, methods, and documentation practices
Ability to create and maintain accurate models, drawings, and bills of material
Ability to work effectively in a technical engineering team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple, varied tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused, innovative, and quality-minded approach to assigned duties
Ability to adjust to changing demands, priorities, and objectives
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is preferred
Experience supporting engineered products, manufacturing, or product development activities is preferred
Experience in HVAC equipment, sheet metal design, piping packages, or related engineered product environments is a plus
