High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

2 years of experience working in an industrial maintenance environment

1 year of experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment

Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds chest high

Kneeling, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching above and below waist level

Working in a chemical processing plant with variable temperatures, odors, noise levels, elevated heights, and/or confined spaces

2 years of mechanical experience in a chemical plant

4 years of industrial maintenance experience

1 year of experience with electronic and PLC based applications in an industrial environment

1 year of experience with tools, procedures and methods utilized in an industrial maintenance environment

Experience working with pumps, welding, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, gears, hydraulics, valves, and rigging

Formal vocational training in an industrial engineering discipline

Experience working in a TPM environment

Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment

Relocation assistance may be provided

This position is 3rd Shift: Monday- Friday 11pm-7am

Works on call as required.

Availability to work on‑call as needed.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Training or certification in machine‑specific systems and electronics.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical component repair.

Ability to properly use rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.

Working knowledge of AC/DC motors.

Training in basic electrical and mechanical safety.

Basic computer proficiency.

Knowledgeable in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Availability to work on‑call as needed.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift).

Visual acuity and dexterity to interpret detailed part prints, inspect small components, and make precise adjustments.

High School Diploma or GED.

Associate's degree (AAS) or certification in Machining Technology or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in using CAM software, SPC tools, and data collection systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., JDE).

Experience with statistical analysis, and trending, and mathematical procedures

Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment requiring standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds
