Bachelor's degree in Engineering
From an accredited college or university
Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and applicable standards/regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 21 CFR Part 820, as applicable.
Experience with statistical process control, process capability, measurement systems, risk-based thinking and data-driven quality improvement.
Strong customer and supplier quality skills, including professional management of escalations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to work effectively with ERP, quality systems and digital reporting tools.
Successful completion of the pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol testing and criminal background investigation is required following an offer of employment.
