OSHA 10 Construction Certificate
Completion of a recognized Millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Solid mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools
Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and performing demanding tasks
Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening
OSHA 10 certification (required)
