Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience mentoring and developing people.
CNC Machining/G-Code Programming.
Experience with specifying machine configurations.
FMEAs & Control Plans.
Experience leading/participating in problem solving (PDCA/A3/RCA).
CAM Software (Surfcam, HSM Works, Mastercam).
Experience with machining Composite Materials.
Experience with Engineering drawings & GD&T;
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
May need to stand for long periods of time.
