Work additional hours and or days as needed, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that departmental objectives are accomplished.

Minimum of three (3) years in a multi-shift distribution center experience

Combination of education and experience will be considered.

It is essential that you have the physical and mental stamina and ability to move throughout the distribution center and outdoor areas quickly and safely.

Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 50-75 pounds, throughout the distribution center.

Ability to frequently lift or reach merchandise overhead.

Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for up to 12 hours.

Ability to move throughout the distribution center for an entire shift.

Ability to safely access all areas of the distribution center, including stairs and all levels/floors.

Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary (e.g. dolly, hand truck, MHE, battery changer, computer or equivalent, etc.).

Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper MHE (e.g. pallet jack, forklift, etc.)

Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.

Ability to process information / handle merchandise in a safe manner, according to distribution center and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

Ability to successfully complete all required training and certification.

Ability to drive or operate a vehicle for business needs.

Some college is preferred.

Working knowledge of logistics processes and methods to include flow, cost efficiencies, MHE equipment, safety and quality.

Working knowledge of a Windows based computer environment with the ability to develop and communicate reporting.

Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and labor management systems.

Ability to work any shift and or department as required.

$140,000 to $175,000, eligible for annual bonus, as applicable.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or analytical fields (Mathematics, Data Science, etc.), or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years deploying and supporting full-stack applications in enterprise environments , and several years of experience integrating AI, MLOps into full-stack applications.

Experienced in designing and shipping production Generative AI-based applications with agentic architectures, with strong skills in prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), tool/function calling, structured outputs, model selection, and LLM evaluation.

Experienced in full-stack development(backend, frontend, and database technologies) with expertise in technologies such as Vue and TKG , and strong skills in Python , TypeScript , git, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing , and DevOps best practices.

Experienced in AWS services , particularly Bedrock, SageMaker, S3 , Lambda , and infrastructure as code (CDK). Extensive experience applying software engineering design patterns andenterprise application architecture principles to build secure, scalable, maintainable, and cost-optimized cloud-native applications.

Experienced in data science , machine learning techniques , and data engineering. Skilled at addressing fairness in AI development and applying experimentation and A/B testing methodologies to empirically evaluate and improve model performance.

Advanced degree in an analytical field.

Familiarity with single or multi-cloud agentic architecture for building LLM-based applications.

Proven experience withMLOps and implementing automated pipelines for model and algorithm training, monitoring, versioning, deployment, and scaling in production environments.
