Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Construction Management or a similar discipline
Customer service experience (e.g., assisting customers, handling inquiries/concerns professionally, communicating clearly and empathetically), demonstrating transferable skills that support client interactions in a Claims environment
Understanding of property insurance concepts, including coverage fundamentals and general claim handling practices
Baseline knowledge of residential and commercial building construction and building components/materials
Familiarity with water mitigation principles and inspection processes
Working knowledge of Xactimate and XactContents
Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable proficiency, licensing exam(s), Motor Vehicle Recrd (MVR) checks, and background checks required of various state(s).
