Basic computer skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and JDE

Must be able to lift heavy parts.

High school graduate or equivalent required

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.

May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Read micrometer, venires, indicators, and have a working knowledge of trigonometry

Understand simple and complex drawings and interpret geometric tolerances

Experience with manual and CNC lathes, mills, grinders, MIG & TIG welding.

Proficient in Imperial and Metric measurements

Ability to work from engineering sketches and/or examples to fabricate tooling and fixturing

High School Diploma / GED Required

Minimum 3 - 5 years hands on experience as a machinist

Trade/Technical School Preferred
