Min. of a High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
3+ years of experience in carpentry, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related skilled trade
Strong carpentry skills, including construction, repair, renovation, and installation
Experience with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance
Ability to safely use common hand and power tools and facility maintenance equipment
Ability to physically lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors and operate snow-removal equipment as needed
US citizenship required
