Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Proficient in basic math skills.
Be able to lift 50 pounds.
Microsoft Office and WMS experience required.
Comfortable working around technology (i.e. RF scanners, portable printers, robotics, powered conveyors, etc.).
Eligible to work in the Unites States.
At least 5 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center of comparable size and volume to Worldpac's operation.
Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays when needed.
Ability to read and write comprehensive detailed instructions, correspondence and memos.
The team member must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
