Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

* Bachelor's degree in health science with six months of health care experience (e.g., Cath Lab, EP, EMT, Paramedic, CNA, Surgical tech) \- or – * Graduate of a Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or Nursing program \- or – * Graduate of a diploma or associate program in health science with one year of health care experience (e.g., Cath Lab, EP, EMT, Paramedic, Surgical tech, RN/LPN) \- or – * Graduate of a non-programmatically accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology which has a minimum of one year of specialty training and includes a minimum of 800 clinical hours. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

Intermediate computer skills.

Current license, where applicable.

Surgical Tech/Assistant Certification per state requirements

Rad Tech state license per state requirements (Montana)

Beginning July 1, 2026 must be registered as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or ARRT-CI or ARRT-VI only or RN (previous relevant RN experience required)

Demonstrated expertise in performing complex diagnostic and advanced interventional procedures or demonstrated understanding and proficiency in correlation with years of experience with regards to electrophysiology procedures.

Maintains at least 12 hours of continuing medical education (CME) credits per year.

Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.

Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.

Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.

Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.

Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.)

May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.

PALS certification for children's hospitals or ACLS certification for adults. New employees must obtain within 3 months of start.

2 years of CV Invasive Training experience.

Fluoroscopy Operator Certification per state requirements (Colorado) within 3 months of hire.

Demonstrates clinical competence of CVIS/CVES I skills evidenced by skills sign off (must be completed within 3 months of hire)

Must meet all state specific requirements (must be completed within 3 months of hire) including, but not limited to: * Surgical Tech/Assistant Certification per state requirements * Fluoroscopy Operator Certification as required in the state of Colorado * Montana ARRT state license

One year of Invasive Cardiovascular Technology or Electrophysiology experience (not including academic training or CVIS training).

Required Residency: Arkansas (Fort Smith or Bentonville) | Colorado (Denver)

Bachelors degree or higher in education, psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, social work or a closely related field of study.

Hold currently or have the ability to obtain a valid state drivers license.

Ability to obtain and maintain certification in the approved crisis management system.

Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, effective teaching strategies, classroom management systems, data-based decision making, and personalized learning.

Highly skilled in working with children with learning disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders and/or other related disabilities.

Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment.
