Experience working within manufacturing, power generation, chemical processing, utilities, or other heavy industrial environments is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), maintenance planning processes, and equipment reliability programs.
Knowledge of boilers, steam systems, pumps, valves, rotating equipment, and other industrial process equipment is highly desirable.
Experience supporting environmental compliance programs, including air permitting and leak detection and repair (LDAR) initiatives, is preferred.
Familiarity with budget management, capital project execution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other reliability-focused improvement initiatives is considered a plus.
