Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, contract manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.
Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
Experience with supplier recovery planning, material shortages, engineering changes, NPI, or manufacturing transfers.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, bills of material, or component documentation.
APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other related training or certification.
