High school diploma required
3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word and Outlook
Ability to communicate with multiple levels of vendors, customers, dealers, co-workers and management in order to achieve optimum plant performance
Familiarity with inventory control and production planning concepts
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or similar tools)
On-site role supporting a small manufacturing facility
Regular use of safety glasses and steel toed shoes
Able to see, hear and speak; able to sit, stand for at least two hours at a time, sit, bend, craw, squat, kneel and climb
Able to use both arms and hands to use computer, peripherals, and lift 40 pounds from floor level to overhead
Able to wear PPE as required
