2nd Shift

Flexible schedules contingent upon role and location.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and work instructions in English.

Basic shop math skills, including algebra;

Ability to use precision measuring instruments and gauges, including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, comparators, and other applicable gauges.

Basic knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, tool offsets, and machine setup;

Understanding of 5S, preventative maintenance, first-piece verification, and applicable quality processes.

Ability to obtain and perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) authorization.

Ability to lift to 30 pounds regularly.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs. (may not exceed per EHS policies)

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Reaching above and below, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending.

Need to be able to wear safety steel toe shoes and walk around shop floor environment as needed.

Be able to remove dangling jewelry for shop floor assigned tasks, and wear hearing protection as needed.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

1+ years of operating machinery or CNC Certificate preferred.

SPC knowledge preferred.

Ability to learn CNC lathe setup and operate multiple machines, where applicable.

Pay Range: $24.38 - $32.20 per hour

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining

Must be able read, write and speak English.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Ability to use and understand measuring & inspection equipment.

Requires lifting, pushing, pulling up to 30lbs.

Frequent walking, reaching, handling, grasping, using hands to handle or feel, and turning/twisting.

Occasionally required to stoop, bend, or sit.

Also requires close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position starts at $28-35/hr based on experience

Able to read and understand blue prints

Knowledge of basic measuring tools, calipers, micrometers, comparators and math required

CNC Machining Team Lead 1st Shift

The core hours are 5:30 am - 2:00 pm.

Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of reading machining and engineering prints

Minimum of 5 years of manual and/or CNC machine setup experience and fixture installation.

This position requires access to export-controlled information.
